Most individuals have a painbody. Some people seem to be free of it. This may be because of their personal spiritual background or for the reason they were born from “clean” parents. Examples of cultures that are mostly free from painbody energy are Tibetans, Amish and other such communities where peace and love reign. Western society, religions where violence, shame and guilt are installed usually suffer from severe painbodies. Since the painbody is an energetic structure, there is a collective energy field where it resonates with. So not only people have painbodies. There are family painbody fields, nations painbody fields, religious painbody fields, etc. When we clear ourselves from our painbody, we help clearing the collective. Since the painbody is passed on through birth, children are also affected. Today’s media and videogames feeding the children with more violence and aggression than their pure hearts can take dramatically feed their painbodies. They become quite addicted to such sources of electronic violence feeds. If you truly love your child it may be wise to filter unnecessary pain and violence. Help them process their painbody after you have processed yours and live as a family of True Selves. When I watch families our groups I see what is commonly called “shove on the hot potato”. One comes home in “a dark mood” and passes this on to the next victim, trying to free himself. Unfortunately, this free’s no-one. It just keeps the ball rolling. And when painbodies take over, what starts as annoying each other, can rapidly turn into a fight or worse. We all partake in this human drama unless we grow spiritually, free ourselves from unconsciousness and all related attacks towards other beings. True peace and love starts with personal freedom from pain and suffering. And when you are replenished with loving energy, you may pass this on to your family, if they are open to it. Lead by example.
